Our client is an established Perth-based property development and construction business delivering a range of large scale residential projects. With an integrated team overseeing projects from planning through to construction, the business offers a committed project pipeline with the opportunity to grow with the business and a focus on delivering thoughtfully designed housing across established and growing communities.

They are now looking for a Site Manager to join the business in a newly created role. The role will lead the day to day site delivery across grouped housing developments.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience running large residential or grouped housing sites.
• Strong understanding of construction programming, scheduling and trade sequencing. 
• An established trade network and the ability to build new subcontractor relationships.
• Strong practical construction knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Current driving license.
