An exciting opportunity is available for a Commercial Property Manager to join a highly regarded Tier 1 property services business.

Working within a supportive and experienced team, you’ll take ownership of a well-maintained, manageable commercial portfolio, predominantly comprising industrial assets. The portfolio currently includes approximately 20–25 leases, offering the opportunity to focus on quality property management rather than being overwhelmed by volume.

This role would suit an experienced Property Manager looking for a new environment, as well as a strong Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

• Manage an established portfolio of predominantly industrial assets.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, inspections and general property management.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and compliance requirements.
• Prepare budgets, reporting and correspondence.
• Work closely with internal teams across leasing, facilities and asset management.
• Contribute to the ongoing performance and management of the portfolio.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous commercial property management experience, or strong Assistant PM experience ready to step up.
• A sound understanding of commercial leasing and property management principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work autonomously.
