YACHT INFORMATION

A 30m+ private motor yacht is seeking an experienced and confident Lead Deckhand to join the team, commencing in October 2026.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, enthusiastic and reliable team player with a strong work ethic, a positive mindset and a calm, professional nature. They must be eager to learn, take initiative and be ready to hit the ground running.
The role requires a confident deckhand with solid experience in all aspects of deck operations and strong tender-driving skills.

East Coast Australia.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• STCW
• ENG1 or equivalent recognised seafarer medical certificate.
• Yacht master or Master 5 qualification.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must currently be based in Australia.
• Must hold full Australian working rights.
• Previous experience as a deckhand on a similar-sized vessel.
• Confident tender-driving skills and a strong understanding of deck operations.
