An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its risk and compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a strong compliance framework within a regulated lending environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation's compliance obligations, providing practical regulatory advice, monitoring legislative developments, and fostering a strong culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the compliance management framework.
• Monitor changes to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and report on findings.
• Support incident management and remediation activities where required.
• Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organisation.
• Liaise with external advisers, regulators, and industry bodies as appropriate.
