Sales Consultant – Albury, NSW

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a well-established and growing Australian business based in Albury.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and converting enquiries into sales. You’ll work with a mix of inbound customers and sales opportunities, providing product advice, preparing quotes and delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotes and follow up opportunities to drive conversions
• Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems
• Work closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Contribute to team sales targets and overall business growth

About You

You’ll be confident, personable and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, building products or a similar environment would be highly regarded.
