Senior Estimator – Commercial Painting
Brisbane South | Up to $150k + Super

Established commercial painting contractor looking for a Senior Estimator to take a lead role within the estimating team as the business continues to scale.

You'll take ownership of major tenders, pricing commercial painting packages across multi-million-dollar projects and working directly with builders throughout the tender process.

The Role

• Lead estimating across major commercial painting packages
• Price and tender multi-million-dollar projects
• Complete take-offs using Bluebeam
• Review drawings, specifications and scopes
• Liaise directly with Tier 2 and commercial builders
• Lead and support the existing estimating team
• Help shape the estimating function as the business grows

About You

• Strong commercial estimating experience
• Painting and decorating experience highly regarded
• Experience pricing larger commercial packages
• Confident with Bluebeam and detailed take-offs
• Strong communication and builder-facing skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of an estimating function
