Xavier College is seeking a highly organised and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our new Riverlea Park Campus (R-6) as a founding staff member. This permanent, part-time position plays a critical role in establishing a welcoming and efficient front office while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Campus and wider school community.
Commencing January 2027, this permanent, part-time position is offered across 41 weeks of the school year, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm.
As Front Office Coordinator, you will:
- Act as the College’s first point of contact by coordinating a welcoming and professional front office environment, greeting visitors and responding to enquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Provide timely first aid assistance as the designated First Aid Officer, administering medication and maintaining accurate First Aid records, medical information and facilities.
- Coordinate a broad range of administrative activities, including record management, document preparation, reporting and front office operations.
- Support Campus leadership by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with enrolments and providing recruitment administration support, as directed.
- Support the establishment of the Riverlea Park Campus as a founding staff member, assisting with the development of administrative processes and front office operations.

About You
The successful candidate will bring substantial administration experience and a strong customer service focus, ideally within a busy school or community-facing environment. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. As a founding staff member, you will be comfortable working proactively, supporting the establishment of effective administrative processes and contributing positively to a new campus environment.
You will also possess:
- Demonstrated experience undertaking a broad range of administrative duties at an advanced level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases and administrative systems.
- The ability to work independently, exercise initiative and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality outcomes.
Experience in first aid administration and maintaining confidential records will be highly regarded.
