About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of technology solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures for complex technology projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical challenges.
• Support solution reviews and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex environments.
• Strong background in application, integration, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with API-led integration, RESTful services, JSON, and related technologies.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern digital delivery practices.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation or modernization programs.
• Exposure to cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working within complex regulatory or public sector environments.
