ArchiCAD Draftsperson - Townhouses / Private-Res Projects

Our client is looking for an ArchiCAD Graduate of Architecture or Technician with an eye for design and technical minded to support the team on townhouse developments on a 6month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the residential building codes and regs.
• confident working on different phases of a project
• Strong documentation skills and technical knowledge.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Diploma
• 3+ years post grad experience
• Experience working on townhouses 
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Sound knowledge of Australian standards and NCC
• High level of documentation and detailing
