Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing finance and commercial administration within a professional services or design-oriented business
• Strong proficiency in financial systems, particularly Xero, with a track record of process improvement
• Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Commercially astute, comfortable working alongside senior leaders to inform strategic decisions
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to navigate complex financial and administrative challenges
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience building scalable financial and administrative processes in a growing organisation
