Not suspended or with restrictions) Construction Induction Card White Card / Blue Card Proof of identity + work rights in Australia, such as: Australian passport, OR Australian birth certificate, OR Passport + visa evidence (VEVO/right to work confirmation) MRWA Traffic Control / Worksite accreditations (current): o MRWA TC accreditation (Traffic Controller) o MRWA BWTM accreditation (Basic Worksite Traffic Management), Or MRWA WTM/OTMA/AWTM. MRWA Master Certificate for the above accreditations. USI VET Transcript (latest version) Pre-employment medical (fitness for work clearance) must be current and dated no older than 6 months at time of onboarding. If older than 6 months, an updated medical clearance will be required prior to engagement. Preemployment Drug & Alcohol screening from a registered laboratory: o Laboratory analysis (Supervised) required (not a self-test) o Result must be dated no older than 7 calendar days from the date the application is lodged and submitted for consideration If your candidate is under prescribed medications, a formal letter stating dosages and fitness to work and drive must be presented.
