Process worker and Delivery driver

In this dual role, you will be the vital link between our production floor and our customers. You will help ensure our products are made to the highest standard, packed with care, and delivered on time. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our operations. One can do one or both positions if they are keen, given working in both positions will give them a more stable rosters and more hours. Work starts as early as 6am on the production line to pick, pack, check quality of final products, work alongside production manager and receive direct instruction, be vigilant on machines and mixers. In the afternoon, for those who are keen on driving and having FULL license with good driving record, they can start delivery on designated routes using company provided 4.5 tonne van. Otherwise, one can choose to be delivery driver alone and work only in the afternoon. Delivery driver has to be a good communicator as they are first point of contact at the delivery destination.
