Skillinvest is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Road Workers for upcoming opportunities with leading providers in road maintenance, construction, and civil works across the Wendouree and Maryborough regions. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating a range of tools and machinery, and contributing to the maintenance of Victoria's road network, we'd like to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Manual Labour
• Compacting, leveling, and spreading of materials
• Routine road maintenance and emergency response
• Truck driving and obstruction removal
• Use of power tools and machinery

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Construction Induction White Card
• Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence
• Traffic Management Certificates (TC1/2& TMI1/2 at minimum)
• Demonstrated experience in road or civil works
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Available for after-hours emergency call-outs

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Plant Operator Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Chainsaw and Polesaw Training

Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Police Check and Driver History Check.
