A leading organisation operating within a highly regulated environment is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to support the delivery and sustainment of critical technology platforms. Working alongside engineering, project, and operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring systems meet security and compliance requirements throughout their lifecycle.



Your new role

• Conducting security assessments, compliance reviews, and gap analyses
• Developing and maintaining security accreditation documentation, risk assessments, and assurance artefacts
• Evaluating security controls against frameworks such as ISM, Essential Eight and NIST standards
• Reviewing technical documentation and design disclosures to assess security compliance
• Communicating technical findings and recommendations to project teams and senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with security frameworks including ISM, Essential Eight, NIST 800-53 or similar
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and security assurance activities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused recommendations
• Current NV1 Security Clearance
