Residential - based in South/Port Hedland Western Australia (FIFO not available) Monday to Friday Permanent Full Time Our Company We are a well-established earthmoving and civil construction company delivering high-quality services across the mining, civil, and construction sectors. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations. This is a key role responsible for keeping the office running efficiently, supporting staff, and ensuring administrative processes are well managed. Your role will consist of, but is not limited to: Manage daily office and administrative operations Supervise, support, mentor & lead administrative staff Ensure the Administration team's outputs are accurate, efficient, and timely Manage staff performance - Human Resources Approve Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll Reconcile Accounts where applicable & assist with Client Credit applications Assist with employee claims Oversee vehicle compliance & Audit Main Roads documents Develop and improve administrative procedures and processes Provide support to management and other areas of the business Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environment and Community systems, policies and procedures To be successful in this role you will have: Previous Managerial experience desired Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills, uses initiative & is self-motivated Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive attitude, confident manner with a willingness to support a busy operational team.
