We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services to our clients while maintaining HOPI Hair Design’s professional service standards. Position: Hairdresser Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: 506/88–90 George Street, Hornsby NSW 2077 Salary: $79,423 per annum + superannuation Key Responsibilities * Consult with clients regarding hairstyle, hair condition, colour and treatment options. * Cut, trim, style and blow-dry hair according to client preferences. * Perform hair colouring, bleaching, highlighting and toning services. * Provide hair treatments, including scalp and conditioning treatments. * Perform permanent waves, straightening and other chemical hair services where required. * Recommend suitable hair care products and aftercare. * Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work area. * Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. * Provide professional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. * Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and salon services. * Work collaboratively with other salon staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Requirements * Relevant qualification in Hairdressing. * Previous professional experience as a Hairdresser. * Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. * Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays where required.
