Griffin Security Services are seeking experienced Security Guards for ON-Call work in Night Clubs and Pubs. Experienced in Crowd Control preferred. Current RSA and First Aid. Car and Licence required due to late nights early mornings. Access Control: Check tickets, scan identification, inspect bags, and issue security passes at entry and exit points. Crowd Management: Direct crowd flow, manage queues, and prevent overcrowding or bottlenecks using barriers and gates. Conflict Resolution: Use de-escalation techniques and communication skills to diffuse arguments, prevent disturbances, and remove unruly individuals if necessary. Emergency Response: Assist during evacuations, coordinate first aid, and communicate with emergency services or police. Compliance: Ensure patrons follow venue regulations and safety standards.
