About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operators (nec) to join a leading WA turf renovation and agricultural-style operations team. You will operate modern turf and mobile plant machinery across multiple sites supporting turf production, renovation, and grounds maintenance works. This is a stable, full-time permanent opportunity offering long-term employment in a progressive, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Operate mobile plant machinery such as tractors, loaders, ride-on mowers, and turf renovation equipment • Perform turf maintenance and renovation activities including mowing, scarifying, verti-mowing, aeration, and topdressing • Assist with turf installation and sports field preparation works • Load, transport, and distribute soil, sand, mulch, and turf materials • Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery • Follow strict workplace health and safety procedures • Report faults, hazards, and equipment issues to supervisors • Support general turf and field maintenance operations Qualifications & Requirements • AQF Certificate II or III in a relevant field OR • At least 1 year of relevant work experience • Experience operating mobile plant or agricultural machinery • Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions • Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Salary & Benefits • Full-time, permanent employment with a leading business • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $85,000 AUD per annum + super, depending on experience • Opportunity to operate modern, well-maintained machinery • Broad exposure to turf renovation and agricultural-style field operations • Supportive, safety-conscious and progressive working environment • Long-term career stability in a growing WA industry
