An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established, values-driven not-for-profit organisation on a temporary to permanent full-time basis. This organisation is recognised for delivering exceptional services within the healthcare sector.
Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will support the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely collections, and exceptional customer service.

Your new role
  • End-to-end accounts receivable processing, including invoicing, receipting and payment allocation.
  • Credit control, debt collection and debtor account management.
  • Processing refunds, credit notes and account reconciliations.
  • Responding to customer and stakeholder account enquiries.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, statements and payment notices.
  • Cash handling, banking and finance administration duties.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
