Join a large and rapidly growing organisation with a sizeable payroll function supporting thousands of employees across ANZ. Due to continued business growth and increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to provide additional support to a collaborative and high-performing payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-volume payroll environment while working alongside experienced payroll professionals.

Your new role

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Processing new starters, terminations, and employee changes
• Managing payroll adjustments and ad hoc payments
• Responding to employee payroll enquiries
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
• Assisting with reconciliations and payroll reporting
• Supporting multiple payroll cycles and strict processing deadlines
• Working collaboratively across a cross-trained payroll team

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous end-to-end payroll experience
• Experience using iChris or Chris21 payroll systems is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate or short-notice availability will be highly regarded
