They will be performing physical and manual tasks on building sites to support tradespeople, clear and prepare work areas, and operate tools or machinery. Clear debris: Remove trash, hazards, and leftover materials to maintain a safe workspace. Prep the ground: Dig trenches, grade surfaces, backfill holes, and compact earth using hand tools or machinery. Build temporary structures: Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, ramps, and concrete forms. Assist trade workers: Support specialized professionals like electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and masons by handing them tools, mixing concrete, or holding materials.
