Authorised and posted on behalf of Preston's Deli. Preston's Deli is looking for a passionate and experienced Cook to join their dynamic team. This full-time role requires someone with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for preparing and presenting delicious meals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to our standards. - Follow recipes and established cooking methods to ensure consistency in the preparation of dishes - Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality and portion standards. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. - Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation. - Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills and Experience Required: - A relevant qualification in the field and/or minimum 2 years of experience working as a Cook. - Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management and organizational skills.
