Monelli is now hiring: 1 Chef We are seeking skilled and reliable applicants to join our team full-time. CHEF Duties and responsibilities: 1. Assist with planning breakfast menus, calculating food and labour requirements, and coordinating the ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies. 2. Monitor the quality, consistency and presentation of breakfast dishes throughout the preparation and service process. 3. Liaise with management, kitchen staff and front-of-house staff regarding food preparation requirements, service standards and any operational issues. 4. Demonstrate cooking methods and provide guidance to kitchen staff on preparation techniques, portioning and presentation standards. 5. Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes in accordance with recipes, dietary requirements and established quality standards. 6. Maintain and enforce food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance with workplace requirements. 7. Assist with the selection, induction and training of kitchen staff where required. 8. Store, freeze and preserve food products appropriately to maintain freshness, quality and food safety. Skills and experience:? • Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. • At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role. • Good attitude and strong work ethics. The right candidate will pay attention to details and will be able to work under pressure. Position: Chef - Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Location: 59 Beachside Dr, Burns Beach WA 6028 Salary range:?$70,000 – 80,000 per year
