Restaurant Manager At CHICH BAR is a restaurant well known for the authentic dishes and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Restaurant Manager to perform the following duties: Responsibilities • Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef • Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner • Managing budget and cash deck transactions, • Meeting and coordinating with suppliers and vendors, in alignment with the business' budget and quality standards. • Ordering stock and goods. • Ensuring all areas are organized and well presented in according to the health and safety policies and procedures, • Hiring and training new staff and managing the rosters • Managing and addressing customers’ complaints and suggestions. Requirements • Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant role. • A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
