We are looking for a Diesel Motor Mechanic to join our team. Listing dates: 29/09/2026 to 27/10/2026 ABOUT THE COMPANY: Cobalt Diesel Services provides heavy-duty diesel maintenance and repair work across Western Australia, including on-site servicing for customers wherever their equipment is based. The team is made up of qualified technicians, and the business operates to a mine-site ready standard, so the work spans a range of demanding industrial and remote environments. . POSITION DETAILS: Location: Subiaco Employment type: Full-time Salary: $100,000-$140,000 . EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: • May respond to vehicle breakdown service calls • Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of vehicles and ensure compliance with pollution regulations • Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers • Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance • Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work to specification • Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently • Interpret plans and work orders and complete job documentation . SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Certificate III including at least one year of relevant experience, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification. • Relevant experience may also be required. • Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation. .
