We are looking for a Roof Plumber and a Roof Tiler to join our team. POSITION DETAILS: Employment type: Full-time Pay rate: $45-$50/hr + Overtime + Penalties Location: Western Australia . THE ROLES (2): . ROOF PLUMBER: . EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Caulking and flashing exposed nail heads to prevent leaks • Erecting ladders and scaffolds • Slipping roofing material under prefabricated flashing and nailing it down • Fixing edge and ridge tiles in cement mortar • Support continuous improvement and quality outcomes • Contribute to a positive, safe and productive workplace • Communicate effectively with team members and management . SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Certificate III including at least one year of relevant experience, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification. • Relevant experience may also be required. • Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation. . ROOF TILER: . EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sizing and cutting roofing material to fit around vents, chimney edges, corners and ridges • Nailing and stapling roofing underlay to roofs • Fixing edge and ridge tiles in cement mortar • Contribute to a positive, safe and productive workplace • Support continuous improvement and quality outcomes • Communicate effectively with team members and management • Maintain accurate records relevant to the role . SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Certificate III including at least one year of relevant experience, or Certificate IV. At least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification. • Relevant experience may also be required. • Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation. .
