Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking to start or develop your career in customer service and administration?

MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with Holy Cross Services in Banyo for a Business Trainee within their Client Services team.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, develop your customer service and administration skills, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification while being supported by an experienced team.

About the role

As a Business Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in a professional and inclusive workplace, supporting the Client Services team with a range of customer service and administration tasks.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Answering incoming customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service over the phone
  • Assisting with ordering and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting end-of-month reporting activities
  • Using technology and business systems to support the day-to-day operations of the team

No previous experience is required - Holy Cross Services is happy to train the right person!

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in customer service, administration or an office-based career
  • Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Is confident using technology and keen to learn new systems
  • Is reliable, punctual and organised
  • Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
