Pick Packer's

We are looking for Multiple Pick Packers for our client in HAZELMERE.

Role Requirements

• Safety commitment - strong focus on safe work practices, accuracy, and quality
• Attention to detail - excellent picking accuracy
• KPI performance - ability to meet/exceed KPIs without compromising safety
• Teamwork - positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
• Current WA driver's licence with reliable transport
• Availability for shifts 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Physical capacity to safely lift 20-25kg and perform repetitive manual-handling tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Safe picking and packing of products
• Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment
• Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping products
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
