Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with strong reconciliations & debtor management skills

Your new role

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, sundry charges, and debtor management
  • Process daily banking transactions and perform account reconciliations
  • Monitor and collect outstanding accounts while maintaining accurate debtor records
  • Prepare monthly debtor reports and assist with general ledger reconciliations
  • Maintain customer records and support financial administration activities
  • Provide general office support, including reception, document management, and administration duties
  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance functions

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a large organisation
  • Strong understanding of debtor management, reconciliations, and financial procedures
  • Experience using accounting software, with TASS highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
