Cook Nadia's Cafe Blacktown is looking for an experienced Cook to join the team. Duties to be performed: • Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards • Support the ordering of food and supplies • Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately • Infusing flavours by adding seasonings • Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner during the cooking process • Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers • Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes. • Develop menu suggestion • Check on store food and supplies are delivered • Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment Requirement: • Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. • At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role. • Able to work under pressure • Good time management Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Location: 17 Patrick St, Blacktown NSW 2148 Salary: $79,000 – 90,000 per year Please send us your resume if you believe you have the right skills and experience.
