Looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator with workforce planning and scheduling experience.

Your new company

Our client is a Mackay-based specialist provider of high voltage testing, commissioning, and electrical maintenance services. They support a range of industries, including mining, energy, and industrial operations, delivering technical expertise and reliable solutions to help maintain the safety, performance, and integrity of critical electrical infrastructure.

Your new role

  • Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and employee compliance requirements
  • Maintain training, competency, licence, and compliance records across the workforce
  • Monitor expiries and ensure personnel remain compliant with site and company requirements
  • Assist with workforce mobilisation, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accurate record management
  • Liaise with employees, supervisors, and stakeholders regarding compliance and workforce requirements
  • Support operational teams by managing competing priorities and changing schedules
  • Provide general administrative support to the compliance and operations teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in compliance administration, workforce planning, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Experience working within the mining industry
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and workloads
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong memory and ability to retain and manage complex information
