Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build your career within a professional corporate environment? An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Corporate Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in a convenient CBD location.
This position would suit someone with approximately 12 months' administration experience within a corporate environment, ideally within a legal, professional services, or consulting business.


Your new role

As the administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to a busy team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Preparing and formatting documents and reports
  • Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems
  • Data entry and database management
  • Assisting with client enquiries and stakeholder communication
  • General office administration and team support
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating facilities requests


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Approximately 12 months' administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Previous experience within a legal firm or professional services organisation will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • A professional and client-focused approach
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
