The Role: We are seeking 10 motivated all-rounders to assist in a sawmill in Bowraville, NSW from December 2026. The positions available are full time, 38 hours per week. Wages will be under the Timber Industry Award (MA000071) - $25.74 per hour. Work hours are Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-1:30pm, though this may change from time to time. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Sorting, stacking & grading timber • Assisting the machinists by moving and stacking wood material for the operator • Assembling and sorting orders • Racking offcuts & cleaning work areas • General Maintenance and other duties About you / Criteria: The ideal candidates should have: • Ability to follow instructions carefully • A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately. • Availability to work full-time. • Good work ethic. • Be physically fit and self-motivated. • Ability to work indoor and outdoor in various weather conditions. • Ability to do repetitive lifting, processing, packing work • Full working rights for Australia. • Have a driver’s license and reliable transport.
