The Role: We are seeking 15 motivated all-rounders to assist on berry farms from December 2026 across properties in Bucca, Sandy Beach and Corindi, New South Wales. The positions available are full-time. You need to be available to work 5 days a week within a Monday-Sunday cycle, generally between 7:00AM to 4:00PM, though this may change from time to time depending on harvest requirements. This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, planting, packing and general crop management of berries. You will be paid primarily at the hourly award rate, but you may also do jobs paid on a piece rate on occasions during the peak harvesting period (paid under a Piecework Agreement).
