Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Murray Bridge Fuels Pty Ltd Date Posted: October 06, 2026 Position: Retail Manager Salary: $79,000 – $85,000 per annum plus 12% Superannuation Hours: 38 hours per week Mode: Full Time Location: Murray Bridge, SA 5253 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of retail management experience Murray Bridge Fuels Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel and convenience retail business in Murray Bridge, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient store operations, managing stock and suppliers, supervising staff and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operations of the fuel and convenience retail business. • Monitor fuel and convenience product stock levels, ordering and replenishment. • Manage purchasing, pricing and promotional activities to support sales and profitability. • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, cash transactions and business activities. • Monitor sales performance, expenses and day-to-day operating requirements. • Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff to ensure efficient store coverage. • Provide professional customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints. • Ensure the store is clean, safe, well-presented and appropriately stocked. • Coordinate daily staff duties and operational priorities. • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, fuel handling and relevant business procedures. Qualification • Tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not essential. Skills & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management, preferably in a service station, convenience store or similar retail environment. • Strong knowledge of retail operations, stock control and purchasing. • Demonstrated ability to supervise, train and roster staff. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. • Good organisational, financial and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment. • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer service.
