Site Administrator Wanted - Join a Leading Mining Operation!

Your new company

Our client is a long-established mining operation located at Mt Carbine, approximately 120km north of Cairns in Far North Queensland. With a strong focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced site admin for ongoing opportunity's with a potential to go permanent.

Your new role

Reporting to the site team, you will provide high-level administrative support across a range of functions including site access management, onboarding and mobilisation, document control, reporting, travel coordination, purchasing administration, and general office support. You will be working on a Monday - Friday roster 9-10 hour days. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site administration function.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Previous administration experience, preferably in the mining industry
• Safety experience highly regarded
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Current manual driver's licence
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Experience with SAP, Gallagher, or document management systems will be highly regarded
