Full Time Vegetable Farm Worker

Our client requires up to 100 hardworking, physically fit, nimble fingered and reliable farm workers to pack, sort and harvest various vegetables in the NEERGABBY, GABBADAH, CARABOODA, YANCHEP, LANCELIN and surrounding areas in Western Australia. Applicants MUST be available to start work from October 2026 and be committed to a minimum 6 days / nights per week, 8-10 hours per session, FULLTIME role for 2-4 years. Varying early starts and late finishes (anywhere between 5am -10pm) depending on crops/product availability and management requirements. Candidates may be offered extra hours of work to ensure all crops are harvested/sorted/packed as required by Management. Flexibility is essential as crop growth / harvest is weather driven and may be intermittent. All work will involve outdoor conditions (as well as some indoor) which can be cold and wet or hot and dry and dirty. We need reliable and flexibleworkers who are physically fit. Duties may include, but are notlimited to, harvesting, cleaning, trimming and sorting of vegetables in the fields and sheds. Regular lifting, constant standing and/or bending to cut/pick/pack/sort products as required. You are required to work in a team. Current physical outdoor activities or lifestyle habits will behighly regarded. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company QA & OH&S requirements are essential. No public transport available, current drivers license and own transport are essential and must be addressed in the application. Work is offered through an agency.
