Farm Hands - Livestock

Our client requires up to 150 hardworking, physically able farm hands to join a livestock rearing company in Middle Point, Humpty Doo, Lambells Lagoon and Bees Creek areas in the Northern Territory from October 2026 onwards. Applicants MUST be available to commence and be committed to the period required. All applicants to offer guaranteed availability for a Full Time Position with a minimum 6 days per week, 8 - 10 hours per day for approximately 2 - 4 years. Possible extra hours of work to ensure all duties are completed as required by Management. Applicants must be willing to undertake duties allocated / instructed by Management. Positions are extremely hands on which include but not limited to handling (picking up and relocating) livestock of varying sizes / ages, feeding, collecting eggs, and general farm cleaning / hygiene duties. Physically demanding and high concentration work with potentially long hours in all weather conditions - outdoor / indoor work which can be very hot and dry or wet. We need reliable, flexible, physically strong and fit workers who are able to strictly adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Policy required by the company - no exceptions. Permanent Full Time wage on Pastoral Award 2020 is on offer. Previous proven experience in above mentioned work and related fields will be highly regarded. Previous and current physical outdoor activities and lifestyle habits will also be highly regarded. Work is offer through an agency on a casual basis.
