Your New Role
As a qualified Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of electrical installation, maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Electrical installations and upgrades
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Testing and commissioning electrical systems
  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian electrical standards
  • Liaising professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Completing job documentation and service reports
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Current Electrical Licence
  • Current White Card
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in residential, commercial or maintenance electrical work
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Desirable:
  • Working at Heights Ticket
  • EWP Licence
  • Experience mentoring apprentices
  • Additional industry qualifications and certifications
