The Role

You’ll manage leasing across a large and established rent roll. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting approximately 10 open for inspections per week
• Managing prospective tenant enquiries and applications
• Liaising with renters and Property Managers throughout the leasing process
• Completing condition reports, with support from a PM Assistant
• Coordinating leasing activity across the portfolio
• Providing a high level of service to prospective renters and clients
• Keeping leasing records and systems up to date
• Working with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate

About You

You must have Real estate experience to be considered for this role.

• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Previous leasing or property experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Great organisation and time management
• Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule
• A positive, team-focused attitude
