We are on the look-out for a reliable and motivated Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about delivering a personable and memorable customer experience!
  
What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead from the front and drive personal and team sales
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
• Support team training, development and performance
• Step into the Store Manager's shoes when required
• Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager position
• Strong sales results and a proven ability to achieve targets
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of KIPs
• Confident building relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Passion for premium fashion and delivering exceptional service
• Someone ambitious who is ready to take the next step in their retail career
