About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards and an engaged team culture. You will lead, mentor and develop staff while managing labour, service delivery, compliance and customer experience. Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and motivate teams
• Proven experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations
• Excellent financial acumen including labour, stock and cost control
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence
