The Role: 

• Build new managements through warm leads, referrals and database prospecting.
• Convert a steady stream of inbound enquiries and sales referrals.
• Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business opportunities.
• Prepare management authorities and listing documentation.
• Showcase rental properties and host open homes.
• Drive growth of the rent roll through relationship-based business development.

The Candidate:

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential.
• Direct experience in a Business Development role.
• Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• You will be well-presented, organised and have excellent administration skills.
• Valid driver's license.
