What you’ll be doing

• Screening and sorting incoming organic material
• Manually removing non-compostable and contaminated materials
• Decontaminating organic material to ensure quality compost production
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment
• Working as part of a hands-on production team

What you’ll bring

• Forklift ticket is desirable, but not essential
• Working Holiday Visa holders welcome to apply
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Previous experience in recycling, waste management, composting or production is an advantage
