THE ROLE:

• End-to-end management of approximately 130 properties
• Well-maintained, local portfolio
• No leasing responsibilities
• Support from a Junior Property Manager
• Manageable workload with strong team backing

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 2+ years’ Senior Property Management experience
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid QLD driver’s licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Organised, proactive and reliable
