Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Brauer College, is offering two full-time Education Support (Sport & Recreation) Traineeship opportunities commencing in 2027.

This unique opportunity is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic school environment, where you’ll be supported by experienced educators who provide valuable mentorship throughout your journey.

You’ll be actively involved in supporting students, assisting with school sport events, and helping run camps — all while working towards a Certificate III in School Based Education Support.

The successful applicants will demonstrate:

• A genuine interest in working in a school environment
• The ability to work positively and effectively with children
• A friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Patience, and empathy
• Valid Bronze Medallion, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
• Commitment to completing a Certificate III in School Based Education Support.
