About the Company

Our client is a well-established Melbourne construction business with extensive experience across high-end residential and commercial construction.
Known for delivering quality projects with a strong focus on workmanship and attention to detail, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a major high-end residential development in Melbourne’s North-East.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, overseeing subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and site operations.
This is a high-end residential development with a level of complexity more closely aligned with vertical apartment construction than traditional townhouse projects.

Job Requirements

• Experience delivering apartments, high-end residential, townhouses or similar projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, systems and processes
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
• Strong programme and sequencing experience
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lead a busy site and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and organised approach to Site Management
• Relevant construction qualifications and knowledge of Australian construction standards
