• Supporting a passionate and dedicated property management team 
• Conducting open homes, ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections
• Liaising with tenants, processing applications
• Stepping in for the Head Of Department when necessary
• Training to become a fully-fledged property manager
• Manage your own portfolio!

The Candidate:

• Must have Property Management/ Leasing Experience in Real Estate 
• You will be passionate, hard-working & dedicated to your career
• Must have COR, Car & drivers licence 
• You will be organised & have high attention to detail 
• Passion for the Real Estate Industry! 
• The ability to build & maintain new relationships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
