A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established property business with a significant presence across Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within commercial property, working alongside an experienced team and gaining exposure to a quality portfolio.

The role:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
• Support experienced Property Managers across tenant and landlord relationships
• Assist with lease administration, arrears, maintenance and compliance
• Coordinate inspections, contractors and general property requirements
• Assist with reporting and portfolio administration
• Work closely with a broader property and asset management team

About you:

• Previous experience in commercial property administration, junior / assistant commercial property management
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Professional and confident communication style
• Genuine interest in building a career within commercial property
• Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
