I’m currently working with a well-established and growing commercial property business that is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of commercial property management and wants to work closely with owners and tenants across a quality portfolio.

The Role 

• Managing a portfolio of commercial, industrial and/or mixed-use assets
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Managing leases, renewals, arrears and tenant enquiries
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Managing budgets, outgoings and financial reporting
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance
• Working closely with the wider property team

About You We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Open to residential PM's with minimum 2 years' experience 
• Strong knowledge of Queensland commercial property practices
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
• A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
